The 5 140CA units excel in handling high-strength grout placement, particularly in Auger Cast-In-Place (ACIP) piling operations. Designed specifically for the rigorous demands of deep foundations, these pumps easily handle concrete mixes with aggregates up to 1/2-inch, delivering reliable, continuous grout placement at critical project sites.
Powerful Performance and Capabilities
The Olinpump 5 140CA pumps are powered by durable 4.8-liter, 173HP JCB diesel engines, achieving continuous production rates up to 140 cubic yards per hour at pressures up to 900 PSI. This ensures smooth, uninterrupted flow delivering maximum efficiency and consistent pressure for optimal grout intrusion at the auger tip.
Track-Mounted Design
Our track-mounted 5 140CA features 20,000-pound triple steel grouser crawler undercarriages, allowing units to be self-propelled in close coordination with similarly track-mounted drill rigs and cranes. This design ensures stable, controlled operation regardless of soil conditions, significantly improving operational efficiency and safety. With wireless remote control and manual backup capability, operators can safely and precisely manage pump operations, further minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
