It gives us pinpoint accuracy when cutting tubing for our pump frames and chassis, allowing us to reduce production time significantly. We’ve seen the positive impact robotic welding has had on our production quality and consistency. So, we decided to double our capability by adding a second welding robot to the team. Complementing Olinpump’s CNC press brake operations, our new laser cutting table provides rapid, precision-cut steel components, dramatically accelerating production speed. This new tool lets us rapidly produce precise steel parts, significantly speeding up our workflow. It means we can get components from design to fabrication faster, maintaining tight quality controls and reducing lead times.
